Ingredients: sweet almond oil, peppermint essential oil, lavender essential oil, cedarwood essential oil, frankincense essential oil, tea tree essential oil and vitamin E oil.

* Avena oils do not contain chemical additives. Avena brand products are not tested on animals*

** Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding **

An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing chemical compounds extracted from plants.  Essential oils are usually obtained by distillation, often but not always, by steam.  There are other ways to extract the oil. Improper use of essential oils may cause harm including allergic reactions and skin irritation, so care must always be taken*

Please note that most essential oils need to be mixed with a carrier oil (like Almond oil) before applying to the skin.  Always wash hands after using undiluted essential oil.

Avena oils are all high quality full strength oils. Some of the fragrances are delicate and subtle whereas others are strong and very powerful.

Not all essential oils are safe during pregnancy.  Please check with your doctor before using any of them.  Anyone with a medical condition should also check with their GP before using non prescription oral or topical applications.  It is always safer to do a skin test when using anything for the first time.
